You can be a part of the Spotlight even if you can't carry a tune in a bucket! Spotlight on Opera is seeking volunteers for all aspects of opera production, from publicity and box office to set and costume construction and more. Spotlight on Opera is a program of St. Edward's University, a 501(c)3 institution. Donations to Spotlight on Opera are tax-deductible and help provide high quality training and performance opportunities for aspiring singers in the greater Austin area and beyond. (Please note that when you donate through PayPal, the merchant contact of record will show up as The Business of Singing, rather than Spotlight on Opera; however Spotlight will receive your payment.)
Can't donate funds? You can still help Spotlight out! Volunteer your time and expertise, or donate gently used household items and clothing you no longer need! We will arrange for pickup.
