How many classes can I sign up for?

 As many as you like.

What constitutes a class? Are longer classes more expensive than shorter ones?

Short answer: one meeting time = one class; and session length does not determine price.

Detailed answer: Consider each of the offerings to be a course. Some courses (Social Media, master classes, The Singing Athlete for example) have only one meeting time or class --- and the length of this class does not matter in terms of how much you are charged. Some courses have several meeting times (The Business of Singing, Music & Money). You pay per class, not per course.

How does the package pricing work if I sign up for multiple classes?

We will automatically assign you the most favorable rate. So, for example, if you want to take all four Business of Singing classes plus two master classes for a total of 6 classes, you would be charged for two 3-class packages. If you want to take two Business of Singing classes and two master classes, you'll be charged for a 3-class package plus one at the single class rate.

How do I pay?

When you register, you’ll be offered the opportunity to pay via PayPal, which accepts credit cards. You can also use an e-check. Your place is not reserved until payment is complete.

Do you give refunds?

All monies paid are nonrefundable and nontransferable, with TWO exceptions:

1. If you have paid to sing on a master class and a slot is not available, we will refund the difference between the singing and the auditing option, or give you the opportunity to have a private session instead and work out any difference in the fee.

2. If we change a class time after we have publicized it and you are unable to attend, we will refund your money for that class.

Am I guaranteed to sing on a master class? What if I don't get to sing?

No. Priority goes to full time Spotlight students. If all slots fill up, you will be placed on the alternate list (in the order of who booked first). If you still don't get to sing, we will either refund the difference between the singing and auditing option, or  transfer you to a private session if you wish (in which case, depending on whether you audited the master class or not, you would pay the difference for a private session or we would apply your master class fee to this session and refund the difference).
