Opera for Everybody

July 11- August 8, 2027 in Tulsa, OK!

Spotlight on Opera is excited to announce our 25th Summer Season and our third as an educational partner of Tulsa Opera! Applications for the 2027 season are now open. Video auditions are currently being accepted and live auditions are scheduled beginning in early December 2026. Planned repertoire includes a double bill of Gianni Schicchi and Buoso's Ghost, a children's opera tour of Los coyotes y las conejas/The Coyotes and the Rabbits, a fully staged and costumed Opera Scenes Showcase, and the Aria Extravaganza Concert. As the summer opera training program-in-residence at the twelfth-oldest opera company in the US, we offer our students an unparalleled educational experience including an insider look at how a real-life opera company functions. Tulsa is a vibrant city known for its passion for arts and culture, and we're proud to be a part. Join us for Spotlight's exciting 25th Summer Season! We can't wait to share all that Tulsa has to offer.
